Using Design Thinking to create lead generation campaigns that are innovative and successful

Start referring to your leads by the name of the consumer. By having a human-centered approach you’ll map out the journey of your customers and serve them at a deeper level. In this session we’ll use several Design Thinking principles to dive into how lead generation campaigns are built and executed. We’ll look at examples of successful and failed campaigns. We’ll also discuss ways in which you can be innovative with both the technologies available as well as tools to give you greater insights into your customers. Thus making the consumer and the advertiser happier!
