About Josh

Josh Friend is founder and CEO of Insellerate, an industry leading borrower engagement platform. Josh began his career as a loan officer in 1999 and in 2003 opened his first of several successful mortgage companies. Over the past 20 years, he has hired, trained and managed thousand of employees in the mortgage industry and overseen all areas in the mortgage process . With a keen eye for developing best-in-class sales processes and technology , he built his first in house CRM/POS in 2005 and continued to develop software for his mortgage platforms, which has led him to the founding of Insellerate. His sole focus now is Insellerate and helping lenders close more loans thru intelligent borrower engagement and the use of technology.
