As CEO of Blue Chair, LLC., Greg has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in startups, acquisitions, business development, and take overs. Starting with Gragg Advertising in 1992, Greg has started four additional technology companies, purchased one and helped developed over 20 proprietary products focused on “good practices” in performance marketing, Professional Employer Organizations and Brand Security.

Greg has been nominated for entrepreneur of the year twice and has received numerous accolades and awards over the years

Greg’s companies have been noted in Kansas City’s fastest growing companies for the last 20 years. In 2017, Lever1 was listed as the fastest growing company in Missouri by Inc. Magazine and was the 40th fastest growing company in the US. In addition, IntegriShield was listed as one of the top 5000 fastest growing companies by Inc magazine.

Greg has been politically involved in performance marketing and in the last two years has been instrumental in working with the FTC, FCC, CFPB as well as States Attorney’s Generals establishing internet standards and best practices.

Greg has knowledge and background in entrepreneurial start-ups, company management, company operations, cash flow, marketing, finance and sales. He holds himself to a higher level of performance striving for excellence in everything he and his companies can offer.
