In 2006 Nima co-founded Convoso, an omni-channel contact center software provider, building on his experience as an entrepreneur launching companies, including an online advertising network with millions of users at its peak. For the past 13 years, he has worked with hundreds of outbound call centers to understand their needs and to deliver technology that optimizes their efficiency and helps grow their business. He is a member of the Board of Directors of LeadsCouncil, a trade association for the online lead generation industry.
Nima originally built Convoso’s solution by utilizing a widely-used open source call center software. However, it soon became clear that this platform was causing persistent issues for his customers, such as dropped calls, poor contact rates, and primitive reporting options. Nima made the tough decision to completely scrap the existing solution and to start rebuilding from the ground up. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to customer growth, he led the relaunch of Convoso’s proprietary solution, which continues to evolve and thrive in response to customer needs.
